This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Gadthing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Information
This policy governs the shipping of all orders placed on Gadthing.com.
By confirming your order, you agree to the conditions described in this document.
2. Processing Time (Order Preparation)
All orders go through a validation, preparation, and packaging process before shipment.
- Standard processing time: 3 business days from the date of purchase
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day
- Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Spain
Exceptions:
During peak seasons (sales, holidays, global campaigns), processing times may be slightly extended. In case of significant delays, customers will be notified on the product page or via email.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners.
Standard Global Shipping:
- Estimated transit time: 9 business days after shipment
Estimated total delivery time:
3 days processing + 9 days shipping = approximately 12 business days
Carriers:
We work with Correos, DHL eCommerce, and their international logistics partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local logistics conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free worldwide shipping on all orders
- No additional shipping fees are charged by Gadthing
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive an email with your tracking number
- You can track your order via the carrier’s website
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional charges imposed by the destination country, such as:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Clearance fees
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Gadthing is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
The reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Gadthing is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Verifying your delivery area
- Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number
If the issue persists, our team can assist you in opening a claim, but we cannot guarantee the outcome.
